So, if you read my previous posts, you know that I've been on a bit of a cleanse, but I find that with so many food intolerances, I'm feeling so frustrated trying to figure out what's making me feel unwell! So I thought I would make a food journal, because I'd been planning on writing it all down for awhile, to try to discern what's going on with me, but I don't like the idea of writing it on any old piece of paper. It's just too scattered! And it's not pretty, and it has to be pretty! Otherwise I won't do it. That's why I put this together for myself to keep track. So if you are thinking you want to assess your diet, lose weight, get healthy (or whatever!), try writing down what you're eating and see if you see any correlation between your mood, digestion, etc. For me, I find that when I eat something that doesn't agree, I'll get instant anxiety. It sucks! That's why I have included a 'results' section under each meal, so that you can write down whether you feel amazing, or not so much.
