my healthy smoothie.

Recently I've been on a crazy strict diet because I have been dealing with so many food sensitivities. So as a result, I concocted this delicious smoothie, so that I could eat something nutritious and so yummy, and easy to make! I just don't have time to be making salads at every meal when I'm taking care of a toddler, two psycho dogs and running a business. This smoothie has lots of healthy fat to keep you full, and ingredients to promote healthy gut flora (actually SO important!), and cacao nibs to wake you up when you're a tired mama like me.  It's also gluten, dairy, and sugar free. And it's yummy as f&ck too. Win!!

Prep time: 5 minutes

1 avocado
1 tbsp of coconut oil
2-3 tbsp of cacao nibs
1 majorly heaping spoonful of almond or pumpkin seed butter
1 - 1.5 cups almond milk (unsweetened)
Small handful of spinach
3/4 tsp stevia leaf powder (not the kind in packets, the kind that is actually just ground stevia leaf)

Optional ingredients
1 scoop of probiotic powder
Bee pollen

Blend and enjoy!!!
